The Night Manager is responsible for the operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries and complaints and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position often requires independent work and the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment, along with managing the stress associated with ensuring the safety and welfare of both guests and staff. The typical shift runs from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in hotel Property Management System (PMS) for check-in and check-out procedures. - Provide exemplary customer service by informing guests about hotel facilities and services. - Monitor guest activities to ensure a comfortable stay and respond quickly to inquiries. - Handle issues related to hotel services, complaints, and policies, ensuring service recovery. - Manage overnight emergencies including medical emergencies and facility malfunctions. - Undertake responsibilities handled by Night Auditors. - Collaborate with maintenance for timely repairs and issue resolutions. - Develop and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards. - Create comprehensive reports on hotel operations and areas needing improvement. - Supervise and evaluate staff performance in line with company values. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Maintain hotel condition at the highest standards.

Salary¥3.6 million to ¥4.2 million per year (approximately $33,000 - $38,000 USD)
